Jeffrey R. Cohen

Jeffrey CohenJeffrey received his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1971. He is admitted to practice in New York State as well the State of Wyoming, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Jeffrey has written and lectured on matters of interest to the matrimonial bench and bar, including the grounds for divorce in New York, domestic violence, and the use of liens in legal fee disputes. He is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, where he has served on the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section, the American Bar Association, the Wyoming State Bar Association, as well as the Teton County Bar Association.

Jeffrey has received written commendations from distinguished members of the bench including the Hon. David Saxe of the New York Appellate Division, First Department, who referred to Jeffrey as “…everything a client would want in a lawyer”.

The Hon. Jacqueline Silbermann former Chief Matrimonial Judge of the State of New York described Jeffrey’s “…legal abilities to be of the highest quality”. Jeffrey has recently written for the Lincoln Center Theatre Review. Jeffrey’s interests include travel, mountain climbing and skiing.

Glenn S. Goldstein

Glenn GoldsteinMr. Goldstein received his J.D. degree from Villanova Law School, graduating cum laude in 1980. He wrote for and edited the Law Review, was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif, and received The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award and The James Rinaldi Award. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Ninth and Federal Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Glenn is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on the Science and Law Committee, and is a member of the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts. He practices matrimonial and family law, and handles other civil litigation matters as well. Glenn’s interests include physics, astronomy and fly fishing.

Steven Berman

Steven BermanMr. Berman received his J.D. degree from St. John’s Law School in 1975. He also received an M.B.A. degree from New York University, and is a C.P.A. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Steve is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He specializes in all aspects of estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. Steve’s interests include politics, music and travel.

Erica J. Katz

Erica KatzErica J. Katz earned her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College in 2010, with a Psychology major and a French minor, and earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2014. She was a competitor on the Fordham Moot Court Board in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court competition, where she was a quarterfinalist and a top 10 oralist in the Northeast Super Regional. She also served as an Associate Competition Team Editor on the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review. Mrs. Katz did a summer clerkship with the Honorable Judge Dennis G. Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mrs. Katz is admitted to the New York State bar.
